Personal Chef On Line Testing
- I lost my internet connection during the test.
- Close your browser and re-connect to the internet. Return to the testing page and select the SAME EXAM as the one you were taking when the connection was lost. You will be returned to that exam and can resume where you were with no time lost.
- My browser locked up during the exam.
- Close your browser window and open a new browser window. Return to the testing page and select the SAME EXAM as the one you were taking when the browser locked up. You will be returned to that exam and can resume where you were in the exam. Be aware that the time will continue to elapse while you are restarting your browser. Once the time limit for the exam has been reached, you will not be able to access the exam.
- I started taking the wrong test.
- If you have started the incorrect exam by mistake, you should plan to take the test at that moment.
