One-Day Mentoring
Some Home Study students find true benefit from spending a day with a successful, working Personal Chef. Here is your chance to solidify your recent Personal Chef training by experiencing an actual service and having any lingering questions answered. This one-day mentoring is especially useful to those who have additional food and packaging questions. Students who have a solid grasp of the culinary issues but who desire more business, marketing and pricing assistance should consider the Quick Start upgrade option for detailed, focused attention in these areas.
The Culinary Business Academy has contracted with the United States Personal Chef Association to provide experienced, qualified Personal Chef mentors for this program. Mentors may not be readily available in all areas. Prior to selecting this option, you are advised to contact the Culinary Business Academy to check on local availability. If this upgrade option is selected, you will be placed in contact with the Personal Chef mentor and the two of you will arrange the actual date, location and time to conduct this mentoring.
