Chef Gail Kenagy, CPC
Gail Kenagy, Certified Personal Chef (CPC) is the President of the USPCA and Culinary Business Academy. Gail has been an active professional personal chef since 2002, has been an instructor and mentor for the Culinary Business Academy and has served on the USPCA National Advisory Committee.
Chef Cathy Luce-Marella, CPC
Cathy Luce, Certified Personal Chef (CPC), is the owner of Magical Meals Personal Chef Service in Decatur, GA. Cathy is the director of the Culinary Business Academy Georgia campus and has been a member of USPCA since 1997. In January of 1997, Cathy left a career as a technology consultant with Coopers & Lybrand Consulting to follow her true passions - cooking and teaching. She joined the USPCA and began her wonderful journey as a personal chef. As the USPCA grew, Cathy became more and more involved with the organization. She began by volunteering to teach at USPCA national conferences and was chosen to be a part of the team that helped write many of the early course materials. In 1999, she was awarded the "Golden Wisk Trainer of the Year."
Chef Wendy Gauthier, CPC
Wendy Gauthier, Certified Personal Chef (CPC), is the owner of Chef Chic Personal Chef Service in Tucson, AZ. Wendy has been a member of USPCA since 2001 and is a Culinary Business Academy instructor at the New Mexico campus, plus is a recognized mentor for the Culinary Business Academy. Wendy provides cooking classes and dinner parties in addition to her regular service. She is a Culinary Institute of America graduate, is president of the USPCA Tucson local chapter and participates in the Chef-To-Chef training program.
Chef Rosemary Rutland, CPC
Rosemary Rutland, Certified Personal Chef (CPC), is the owner of Chef’s Table Personal Chef Service in Atlanta, GA. Rosemary has been an active member of the USPCA since 2005 and provides instruction at our Georgia campus. She is a graduate of the Art Institute of Atlanta with a degree in culinary arts. Rosemary teaches a variety of culinary classes for cooking and baking, plus is a regular instructor at Cooks Warehouse in Atlanta.
Chef Debra Cantrell, CPC
Debra Cantrell, Certified Personal Chef (CPC), is the owner of The Savor Personal Chef Service located in Leander, TX. Debra has been a member of the USPCA since 2003 and has a background in catering, as a restaurateur and physical therapy. Named Marketer of the Year (2007) by the USPCA, Debra teaches healthy cooking classes and her volunteers time and talents for various charity organizations dedicated to healthy food resources and creation.
Chef Michael Cesario, CPC
Michael Cesario, Certified Personal Chef (CPC), is the owner of Gourmet Express Personal Chef Service located in Coppell, TX. Michael has been a USPCA member since 1999 and has a culinary arts diploma from AIMS Academy in Dallas. He is an accomplished mentor and instructor, plus is a certified demonstrator for Aga ranges, coaches in the USPCA Chef-To-Chef program and has been a Kid’s Camp cooking instructor for hearing impaired children.
Chef Tom Manning, CPC
Chef Tom Manning, Certified Personal Chef (CPC), is the owner of Truly Unique Personal Chef Service based in Medford, New Jersey. Active in the Personal Chef industry since 1992, Tom is a founding member of the USPCA and is a Culinary Business Academy instructor plus a recognized mentor. Tom is a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America (CIA), and is also a certified instructor for the CIA.
